What you actually do.

Group sessions

Live, online, three times a week — Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Facilitated by trained coaches. Small enough to be heard, structured enough to move.

One-to-one coaching

Six personal sessions with a master coach, scheduled around your life. Confidential. Solutions-focused. Your agenda, not theirs.

Self-directed work

A workbook you keep. End-of-module quizzes, journal prompts, video and reading material on the Teachable platform. Lifetime access — it's yours.
