The Wellness & Resilience Programme

Sit beside you
while you tell us
what you want.

A 12-week programme built for the people other programmes don't reach. Online. Awareness-based. Trauma-informed. Slow enough to land.

What the programme is.

WRP is for people who are carrying something heavy — burnout, grief, a pattern they keep falling back into — and who are ready to look at it honestly, without being told how.

It's not therapy. It's not 12-step. It's not advice-giving. It's twelve weeks of group sessions and one-to-one coaching, followed by nine months of community. Built on a framework tested in clinics across South Africa and London, rewritten in plain English.

The point isn't to feel better in a fortnight. It's to build something that lasts.

Online, group-based, with one-to-one coaching

12 weeks core + 9 months ongoing community

Three live sessions a week — Mon, Wed, Fri

£2,500 for the full year. Subsidised places available.

It's for you if…

  • You've had a hard relationship with substances, behaviours, or the patterns you keep falling back into — and you're ready to look at them honestly.
  • You've done other recovery work and want something less rigid, more reflective, more your own.
  • You don't see yourself in 12-step language but you know the work is real.
  • You've been through something heavy — burnout, breakdown, loss, grief — and you want tools that hold up under pressure.
  • You're in a leadership, helping, or coaching role and you're feeling the weight of it.

Awareness doesn't change life. It changes how we meet life. And that changes everything.
